Ingredients for 7-8 dosa/crepe:
Moong/ Green Gram: 1 cup soaked overnight
For grinding, add:
– 1 cup coriander leaves
– 1 inch ginger
– 2 green chillies
– pinch of asafoetida/ hing (we love the one from Patanjali)
– salt to taste (sea salt)
After grinding add 1 and half tablespoon Rice flour Buy Online
