  1. I’m currently doing the starch solution and lost 5 kg in 6 weeks, and I’m absolutely loving it!! I’m not super strict about, will still eat some junk food a few times a week, but it’s insanely easy to still eat as much as I want to, and food that I really enjoy, and lose a decent amount of weight every week :) you and high carb hannah have definitely been my inspiration, so thank you!!! :)

    1. Thats so great to hear!! Such a healthy mentality and healthy way to lose weight! Really enjoyable too which is very important. Good on you!! xx

  2. are you still seed cycling? How have you found it? has it helped/would you recommend it?

    1. Yep still doing it! would highly recommend it as well as adding 1tbsp of maca powder daily! Both of those combined has really helped with my periods as far as I can tell and with my skin too :)

    2. Plant The Seed would you mind doing a video specifically on seed cycling? I’m struggling to incorporate the seeds into my diet each day because I’m not sure what to put them on, other than using them as toppings for banana ice cream.

  3. i really really love your channel, you post frequently and your content is extremely helpful! keep up the good work!

  4. I’ve been a silent viewer of yours for a while, but I love your channel and your recipes a lot. :) lately I’ve been interested in cooking at home, so I look up recipes like these on here. But, I really don’t know where to begin because I am just not used to the idea of it. Do you have any advice about where I should start, anything will be appreciated. thanks in advance :-)

    1. aw Thank you!! Maybe try finding quick and easy meals to start with just to get the hang of cooking! And just rotate them each week. I first learnt how to cook pasta because it was the easiest haha and then moved onto curries because you can make them taste different by adding different spices! Just gotta start somewhere and before you know it you’ll know how to cook plenty of meals!
